Staff was great! Clean rooms, great food for breakfast, and had the room cleaned everyday of our stay. Staff was very accommodating. Very basic exercise room that met my needs. Also whirlpool was great on my back after some long hours of driving.

The location was great the beds are comfortable although near the highway it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious the front desk clerk Harold was very informative about the area I will be returning again soon.
I am part of the Kairos Organization and we stay the the Best Western a few times a year with a large group. The staff here is wonderful! We have had Harold check us in at the front desk the last few visits and he was awesome! Very accommodating to any needs. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good location along NY Thruway at exit 21B. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and free breakfast with hot or cold cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon.
